Resolved - We experienced problems with our payment infrastructure provider from 15:01 to 15:13 CET, and this affected all card payments for some users. The issue has been fixed and operations are back to normal.

Scheduled - On 27th of October, between 01:45 CEST and 04:00 CET, planned maintenance will take place at several of our technical suppliers and in the central banking systems due to change from summer time to winter time. This will affect Vipps, and during this time invoice payments will not be available. Card payments (eCommerce) will be available, but will have limitations with regards to amounts customers are allowed to pay because of the bank maintenance. The limits are set by the banks, and we can not provide details. This may cause a somewhat higher rejection rate of card payments for some issuers as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that this will help you plan accordingly to the possible disruption.

Resolved - Between 10:56 - 11:47 CET we had slowness in:
• agreement activation, Agreements which were accepted by the user in the app were stuck in PENDING state.
• processing on unscheduled (oneoff) payments. Payments were stuck in PENDING or DUE state
• This could have caused the landing page and app switch to not take the user back to the merchant domain.
• No Agreement activation webhooks sent to the merchant
• No unscheduled charge webhooks sent to the merchant
• On polling by the merchant, the agreement would have been in PENDING state

After 11:47 CET, our systems are back to normal and all the agreements and payments that were stuck are processed. Agreements would have transitioned to either ACTIVATED (on successful charge processing) or EXPIRED (on failed charge processing). Agreement activation webhooks for all the stuck agreements were also sent.
Unscheduled payments would have transitioned to either CHARGED or FAILED. Unscheduled charges webhooks for all the stuck charges were also sent.

Resolved - The issue has been resolved. All scheduled payments were processed and webhooks (Recurring API) and callbacks (Subscriptions API) have been sent

Investigating - We are currently experiencing issues with Recurring & Facade subscription payment batches, leading to delays in processing scheduled payments. Our team is working to resolve the problem, and we are manually processing the affected charges, so expect a delay. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. Merchants and partners should note that this may impact retry times for failed payments.
