Investigating - Vipps MobilePay is experiencing problems with login into the app and this affects some users and all Vipps MobilePay services. We are working on resolving the issue, and will send an update as soon as we have new information.

Investigating - Due to an outage with BankID services, login to the Merchant Portal in Norway is currently unavailable. We are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with BankID to restore access as quickly as possible.

Resolved - We experienced problems with eCommerce payments from 22:04 to 22:12 CET, and this affects some users. The issue has been fixed and operations are back to normal.

Resolved - Payment status parameters on appswitch for app payments has been changed from 'success' to '100' due to a bug in the new app, but statuses from the api will still be correct. A hotfix for the Mobilepay android app is being made and will be released soon.

Some merchants also experienced a "cant recognize this QR screen" on appswitches for ecom_v2 and epayments api. This was due to an issue with flows starting on QRs, and for payments where paymentDescription was empty. These issues were fixed in the backend on thursday/friday.
