Subscriptions API Issue for DK and FI Merchants

Resolved
Merchants calling the Request a payment batch for later execution would have received a HTTP Status 500 during the incident time.
The root cause was due to a internal deployment which is rectified. The merchants can retry creating the payment batch for those payments if they have not already done so. All other endpoints were not affected.
